Had an issue with my charger, but RAVPower was fast to fix the issue
So for anyone who feels that their issue with this RAVPower product has not been solved, I recommend contacting the RAVPower Customer Support Team (see their reply to this review)
RAVPower was kind enough to send me a third 22000mAh charger to try after I returned the first two
I highly recommend the RavPower for anyone in need of a great battery charger.

The recent bad storms in the Northeast caused me to lose power for nearly 48 hours
This charger has an amazing power to charge our phones instantly
It takes a little longer to recharge than I expected or hoped for (usually a full day or more) but it gives my phone up to three full charges which is great when on a long trip or when there is an emergency power outage.
Honestly, if you’re looking for a great power bank this is for you.
