I had read in the reviews that other people were promised the same thing so I was skeptical

I am really thankful because the company really cares about their costumers and shows they like to do the right thing

I would give this product four stars if it weren’t so bulky, but that’s the only bad thing I have to say

Powerful and long-lasting - the two things I was looking for in a portable charger

The handiest thing about this was for charging in an airport where there are either very few power sources, or their sockets have taken so much wear and tear that they don't work any longer.

I love this thing, and the fact that the seller stands behind it.

The amazing thing (and I may regret passing this information along) to me is after using the second (replacement) device successfully, I again tried to recharge the first RAVPower device I purchased.

Which I really like the only thing is that is a little bit heavy but nothing crazy
