One fatal flaw of this unit - you can't define your own color

Nice bright white color, and adhesive sticks a lot better than the others I've tried

The pure white color is not comfortable either

It actually appears to give my tv a brighter colors due to the reduced eye strain

The LED's are True Bright White and may be not for you if looking for warmer colors.

first clockwise and then clockwise around the TV perimeter from the center I ensured that the lighting was positioned symmetrically around the edge of the TV.The LED's stated color temperature of 6500K may be technically correct with regard to optimum TV viewing in a darkened room, but I found the cool color a jarring contrast to the other warm LEDs and incandescent lights we have in the living room.

I’d say the static color/White options are the most useful.

Plus it lights up the room, and makes the colors on the TV look really nice.

I will say they also seem to make the bright colors in animated movies like Finding Dory pop even more than normal, so much so that even my son says he likes the TV better with the bias lights on it

The glow behind my 55" Sammy is way to obtrusive with the lights off because the color these LEDs throw off is not warm enough to be pleasing

The color temperature is pretty close to 6500k and really does improve how deep the tvs blacks are as well as how much colors pop and how wide the contrast is

While it's not huge, there is a noticeable difference in blacks and deep dark colors

I compared it to just using my table lamp with warm light behind my monitor, and I much prefer the warm-light color tone instead of the pasty ghost white of Luminoodle
