My TV is a Samsung Smart TV and the USB port behaves properly, turning the lights on and off with the TV.

Anywho.....works as intended, and was nice ambiance and not distracting at all, until my stupid TV disobeyed me and would not power down the USB power when I turned it off

LED TV backlight made my tv look nice at night
