Terrible quality, USB ports didn't work!

the power strip works well, as do the USB ports, but the ground prong is way too big and won't fit into these universal outlets, nor into the universal outlet in my other adapters, so i have to use this two-prong adapter until i can get home and see if i can use a pair of pliers to compress the prong any.
