This is a next category for cooking meat compared to non-stick pans

I wanted a no-stick pan

I have several All Clad stainless steel and non-stick pans, but this skillet has become my go-to

The taste is absolutely much better than the the non-stick pan, either for roasted dish or stir fry

I have 3 non-stick pans

Its Great I love the size

The center is slightly higher than the edges and this seems to exaggerate as the pan gets hot

The pan is wonderful for the task of steaming bread, as well as it would be if I continued seasoning it and made dinner or pan sauces in it...and I can always reclaim it with a piece of steel wool, because it is cast iron pan afterall
