I bought this interface because it was USB 2.0 compatible, had MIDI interfaces, and 4 mic inputs with 48V phantom for all
-
Gave 5 stars for easy set-up with Cakewalk Sonar X2, sturdy construction, love the input/VSL mixer with the headphones, most people listen with headphones and where I mostly mix
-
Look closely at the picture and you'll see that the front inputs look like 2 normal XLR inputs except there is a hole in the middle of the inputs for 1/4" line level, hence why they call them "combo" inputs
-
I purchased this to improve my audio input on videos I was producing.
-
This is an in depth review as I wish to cover all facets of this amazing little device.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------Features:1) 2 solid XLR combo inputs with excellent xmax preamps (found on their more expensive devices like the famous StudioLive mixers)
-
For most people, the 4 inputs on the 44VSL will be fine, but I really wanted at least 6, so the upgrade makes sense for me
-
There are far too many manufacturers of decent input devices to have to take a chance that this box will give you the same trouble.
-
n’t blame them for being unable to fix your problems, because really the 1818SLV is hopeless.
