Prismacolor Premier Verithin Colored Pencils, Assorted Colors, 36 Pencils, Pack of 1 Box (2428)

    • love the pencils however when i received them several of the pencils were broken and i could not use them but the quality in the surviving pencils were very good and the colors were very bright
    • Even with these however I recommend sharpening by hand and getting the best quality sharpener you can find so the pigments break less and last longer before you have to replace.

    • Very poor quality
    • I was really expecting better quality - now I have pencils that are shorter than the package, so I can't even get them out, and I'm afraid to use them because if I have to sharpen them again they will keep breaking.

    • Lovely quality of pencil as always from this brand
    • The colors are beautiful and the quality of the actual color led is very nice
    • These pencils are not "artist quality" as each time I tried sharpening them, the lead broke
    • Other than that, the quality is still good
    • Didn't realize some Prismacolor pencils are made in Mexico and aren't the same great quality.
    • Terrible quality .
    • Good quality
    • these pencils are the worst quality ever
    • Not good quality
    • You would expect this from a no frills pencil but not a better quality pencil.
    • If these are not going to be the same quality of pencil available in the art and hobby stores, then that needs to come to light, too

    • Pencils are of very poor quality
    • Let me be clear, I've bought the verithin variety of Prismacolor before in store (I've been using this brand for almost two decades) and they were great quality and perfect for fine-line, this is about the ones I purchased here and had delivered
    • Have had better quality but will do

    • Great quality
    • The polychromos are superb quality
    • Not the same soft, smooth quality of the Prismacolor Premier pencils, but they are still nice colored pencils and definitely have their place in the world of drawing and coloring.
    • Worth the money to buy this better quality
    • really loving the texture and color quality
    • These are of poor quality
    • Shopped around and got the same great quality for a much more affordable price!
    • Break easily, hard to sharpen, not quality I expected for price.
    • the us art supply were the least expensive, but the 50 color set has too many nearly identical shades none of which have color names or numbers, and the plastic case is awkward and difficult to open without spilling the pencils out.all in all, i have found the prismacolor have the best quality of color, and are the easiest to hold
    • Quality is ok, but they break easily when sharpening, which can be very frustrating.
    • quality is very good though.
    • The colors are alright, with some more saturated than others, but the quality is lacking
    • Lacks quality of the pencil.
    • I wanted more colors, but I thought it was a good quality.
    • case! The pencils feel a bit cheap however and the wood casing isn't the best quality
    • However, the lead is extremely poor quality
    • I was REALLY expecting better quality and am kind of disappointed
    • Very poor quality and very disappointed.
    • I will stick with the polycolors which seems to be of much better quality.
    • The quality is worth the slightly higher price
    • Great quality products, live up to expectations, I use them for a variety of things, and now coloring too.
    • Great color, and great quality
    • The quality of Prismacolor-whether it's the Prismacolor Premiers or now the Verithins is just not worth the money.
    • Great quality and color and very smooth light pencils!
    • Not as good quality as I was expecting
    • I was hoping for $1 each they would be good quality.
    • Low price=poor quality
    • The colors are of good quality but the wood keeps
    • Top quality product.
    • I bought these because they are supposed to be of better quality than Crayola or your standard ones you can buy at Target
    • these are great pencils but have also found cheaper brand than are just as nice if not better quality.
    • Great quality colored
    • I got these pencils for me because I wanted a good quality pencils to draw
    • Good quality!
    • Very good quality and coloring range - especially for the price
    • The only problem on both pencils is the bad quality of their casings.

    • Pretty poor quality
    • Love all the colors and the quality.
    • Either they are old and the lead is rotten or not good quality
    • Very nice quality even for experienced artist.
    • Great colors and great quality
    • If the cedar cracked down the pencil like these it was concidered low quality as when using them you need a solid surroundings around the core
    • But the initial sharpening took forever and about 5 were broken, 1 so badly it cracked it was useless, which is a good average for prisma as the quality can be poor.
    • I love the quality of these pencils
    • very nice pencils, good quality compared to Crayola, perfect for blending colors
    • very good quality
    • excellent product and good high quality

    • I love the quality and volume the colors radiate with these Verithin leads.
    • Excellent quality and very smooth when used
    • These, however, are of poor quality and are disappointing and frustrating to work with.
    • Great blendable quality
    • However, the lead is extremely poor quality
    • Good quality pencils
    • Great quality & good color mix, and we go through a good bit of colored pencils
    • Great quality and color selection
    • The tips don't break as easily as with some brands, and the color variety gives a wide array of color and shade choices
    • these are very good, I like them to color in tiny spaces as well as for outlining.
    • It does not hold together well (as in maybe poor adhesive?), the cores were broken when delivered and as a result I've had to sharpen quite a few of these over half way down the length of the pencil just to get a point that doesn't simply fall the hell out
    • Sometimes I'm hesitant to order online because if their dropped, they'll crack and continue to break as you sharpen them
    • I would not recommend these for children as you could very easily lose a lot of money compared to crayolas, but if you're a seasoned artist with a semi-decent grip then go for it
    • I like the feel of them in my hands as well, not as if I am going to break them, but sturdy for such thin precision
    • In the end only 6 of the pencils last and worked as they should
    • I’m obsessed with adult coloring and these are amazing for very small intricate spaces, always makes it possible to shade those small spaces as it doesn’t lay down so much color at once
    • The tip doesn't get as sharp as I would like it too
    • The first box I sent back because the first 4 pencils out of the box just kept breaking as I sharpened and the wood wasn't smooth as I sharpened.
