I had read that most people didn't receive the best charger and they were not original, but I got a fast charging Samsung brand cable and charger mount that work perfectly

I downgrade three stars for the process/generic description that doesn't truly describe the product, and the fact that their awesome certification/checks don't include making sure the band can be connected correctly to the watch (which makes me wonder what other things they might miss).Bottom line: Though it looks like you could likely end up buying another band -- since you likely will only get one, and you may have to make a slight fix to make sure the band stays on; nevertheless, there IS a warranty, Amazon will take it back no problem, and the watch is a very good smart watch still -- at a great price

Using the touch screen to reply to text messages is a wonderful feature as well as screening and denying phone calls without pulling out my phone.

Although the features are amazing on Gear S2 especially given the price, the quality of the product is low and it feels cheaply built.

Amazing, this is an awesome smartwatch, save your money get it refurbished it is almost new and works perfect.
