Durable, well-balanced and should definitely be in every drummer's stick bag

They are quieter than regular sticks and they have a great feel/balance, but you can definitely make some noise with them if you want to

these do as you would expect, i have to say they could be used as "proper" sticks (as in to use for gigs etc or at church etc) as they really bring out the brightness out of the cymbals and give a good warm sound from the tomsafter some heavy use they started to break as you would expect but they are definitely worth it
