The connection to the phone is very poor quality and comes apart.

the wires themselves are pretty poor quality rubber and fray relatively easily, however they work and do their job.

Good quality cables, just the thing for one of those stand up gang chargers.

heats up a lot when using it, my other USB cables do not, makes me think the cable is faulty or just not high quality

They have great customer service and I will look for their products in the future.

The only thing I had an issue with was that when using speaker phone, people were complaining that they could not hear me well, and it sounded very noisy

Update after contract with the company they issued a refund for the faulty cable.

I love having these shorter cords for when I am charging my phone from my power bank

I got the pack of five cords because I use a portable charger and it seems to kill the cords that I use after a month or two.

If they did charge, my phone lost the charge very fast,.

The only issue I have with it is that it doesn't actually fast charge my Note 4 or my iPad
