The base is solid and heavy, great for keeping the stand from tipping over with hefty dynamic mics, though I can't say anything about condensers
-
Could be just a Bit longer, nut then maybe the base wouldn't be enough
-
My only complaint is that the base had some damage to the inward curve, but it's purely cosmetic
-
It's sturdy, base is solid, and the clip is good
-
The base is quite hefty for the size of the stand
-
Save for a less than smoothed Cast Iron base, this is actually a fantastic stand for the price
-
I love the base, very flexible while being sturdy and holding its position well
-
The base is nice and heavy and the neck is rigid enough that it won't move once you get it into the position you need.
-
The base and gooseneck stand are substantial and work well, but the plastic mic clip is useless
-
It's a nice, compact, but heavy base with a solid goose neck that won't budge unless you mean it to.
-
very heavy base keeps this stand stable even with a really heavy mic
-
Nice heavy base and strong feeling gooseneck
-
but the base is well weighted so with a Dynamic Mic and a Pop Filter its very stable
-
The heavy base is nice and help to keep the stand from becoming top heavy.
-
The chrome plating matched the microphone perfectly and heavy base assures the safety of his displayed microphones.
-
The base is heavy & sturdy
