Reviews around price (5.00 of 5)

  • The price was right and the sound wasn't bad for what was I was buying
  • Anyway....now I have a perfect speaker for my karaoke and theater system with an unbeatable price.
  • the prices are great, but usually you dont even get what you pay for.

Reviews around pair (5.00 of 5)

  • They compliment a pair of 12's on a stick pretty well - good enough to take on the road for a dance crowd in a small-medium sized room.
  • They respond great sound good and compliment a pair of dual 15 full ranges, as far as sound processing before amping i'm not using any besides a cross over.

Reviews around ship (5.00 of 5)

  • Prompt shipping, packaged as a new product, not refurbished
  • Having read all the reviews posted before ordering two of these, I decided to take a chance anyway ... lured by the price being too good to pass up with free shipping too

Reviews around power (5.00 of 5)

  • Even with the less than optimal power I was able to provide with my setup, I could still feel the heavy pounding of each bass beat on my chest while standing in front of them
  • They handle the power well, and they have some low end, but to my ear, they don't seem to cover the low spectrum as advertised with that boom in your chest you get from a set of JBL's (short XMax).

Reviews around brand (5.00 of 5)

  • the handles rattled badly on one, a fairly easy fix but annoying nonetheless, and the other had a woofer with an air leak in the suspension (which i originally thought was bleeding through the cabinet) causing it to hiss at high volume and in general sound like s***. if you really need a sub, save your money and buy a better brand
  • Only subs better are B&C branded with neodymium magnets priced above $600

Reviews around end (5.00 of 5)

  • Either way, I added these subs to obviously boost my bottom end
  • I have it set up in a rec room on a Crown XLS 1500 and it handles the bottom end quite well.

Reviews around interference (5.00 of 5)

  • Just like a trunk, it's constructive interference and causes the waves to double up like a horn causing for a more "audible" bass rather traveling bass

Reviews around product (5.00 of 5)

  • What scares me is the thought that a manufacturer could care less about how well their products would fair during transportation and shipping to their final destinations ... maybe they know something about the quality (or lack thereof) of their products that we don't?
  • Great product

Reviews around amp (3.61 of 5)

  • , i push 2 of these with a behringer EP 4000 (great amp)
  • i think this is perfect amp to go with these
  • After listening for several days to my new system, I'm leaning towards purchasing a more powerful dedicated amp to drive these subs more efficiently and offer an additional way of balancing the sound output
  • Crank the amp and shake the whole neighborhood if you want to

Reviews around sub (3.50 of 5)

  • The box is cheaply made but the sub performs great and so far no issues with rattling or damage to the box
  • Either way, I added these subs to obviously boost my bottom end
  • Only subs better are B&C branded with neodymium magnets priced above $600

Reviews around pyle (1.54 of 5)

  • pyle has always been pretty hit and miss with my experience
  • I kept thinking surely this $117 speaker is going to pop if I ask it to create any more SPL than it already is, but it seemed keep going and seems to be undamaged with all that QSC could deliver safely (I mean safely for the amp - I was interested to see if this silly Pyle would pop, but not about to put the qsc in harms way - though those amps are fairly bullet
  • The included plastic feet broke off the Pyle in the first few gigs.
  • The Pyle itself is quite light, easy for one person to lift.

Reviews around thing (1.44 of 5)

  • After I super glue the grille and the handle down, this thing is going to rip some bass
  • upgrade.-installed a few wood reinforcements.-aplied silicon to mount, holders, connector plate and to the ports instead of glue- upgrade plastic holders for metal.- plastic top mount replaced for metal (very cheap plastic was 2 1/2" deep broke in the 1st use, metal is almost 4" and hard like criminals-applied PU foam to key zones of the cabinet (like the ports) (works better than just a lot of glue and screws)-a layer of sound proofing spray paint for vibration absortion (inside of cabinet)finaly a little more slicone to the speaker, this thing kicks hard, no rattling at all at any vol
  • However, these things are dirt cheap, and the enclosure is decent, so if the drivers fail, they can be re-used.
  • The bass sounded very deep and clean, however when pushed it with more power, things started to rattle a bit
  • The only way this thing is usable at more than 200 watts (maybe less) is to totally take apart the box and rebuild a LOT of it
  • Read remaining 6 reviews for thing
