I am giving it 5 stars because it is very easy to use and anytime I have an issue with payroll, their payroll customer support is excellent.

I wish I could explain how totally NOT user-friendly their customer support is.

After waiting on hold I got through to customer support, and was informed that I had to pay $150.00 for them to help me.
