This year I was pleasantly surprised to find that after ordering and installing the software from Amazon, I was able link to it to my existing payroll account upon installation which has always required a call to customer support in the past

Also, don't waste your time with their "Customer Support", unless you enjoy talking to some barely-trained slave laborer in India who is reading responses off of a sheet and has a very low comprehension of the English language
