Last time it took 2 hours (2014) to accomplish this very simple task.

Also, don't waste your time with their "Customer Support", unless you enjoy talking to some barely-trained slave laborer in India who is reading responses off of a sheet and has a very low comprehension of the English language

And both times the reps spoke English good enough
