they work as good as any other brand and that's about all you can say

I've found many batteries like Rayovac will perform as well as the heavily advertised brands.

All three brands are somewhat better than store brands, especially for heavy, frequent use.

I'm going to give away all my Rayovac D cells and buy a better brand.

Tried and true powerful D batteries when that need comes and our household will go through 12 of these a year.

These are good D size Alkaline batteries I use in my Mr. Beam.

I have had three instances of leaking D cells from Rayovac.

We have a second identical lantern with "copper top" D cells that has been sitting for just as long and those batteries are just fine.
