I love the sound of the keyboard, I love the lighting effects and how they can be customized, and I love how well built the keyboard feels

The effect is just plain awesome, more so when the lights are out, and in my mind, this makes it worth the price of entry even if the key switches were cheap

However, the effects that are available in Synapse are still great.

(Though, if I wasn't rating the keyboard at 1 star already, I might have to subtract at least part of a star because the "Ripple" effect is limited to just one color, not a rainbow like Razer portrays on the product page

This thing has very satisfying key action and the lighting effects are just a cool novelty, with no real functional purpose other than to just look cool
