The clips were not strong enough or close enough together to hold the book open.

I used mine for about six months and then the right clip broke off, rendering the stand totally useless

The clips are not strong enough, so one side will lay flat while the other pulls away from the stand and the page starts to curl.

I wasn't able to see another one that looked to have better functionality or quality for the value.

I used many different kind book stand, this book stand is bad quality and book hold could make damage book

Works exactly as I wanted it to and didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

The back and the folding leg used to adjust the stand are metal, and the rest of the stand is decent-quality plastic with mostly rounded edges, though mold marks are visible on the rounded front part that holds the plastic pegs

True enough, it is nothing fancy or made of supreme quality

The only missing thing is the design that allows the user to turn the page easier(I have to unclamp or carefully flip the page to the other side).

The things that hold the pages in place work very well.

The stand works adequately for textbooks up to at least 1000 pages that open flat (which most do)

It is not a good item to carry around with you to and from because it does not have the structural integrity for it.

Upon opening the package I noticed that the item is damaged

The book is pretty thick as well and it has not been a problem.
