firstA lot of false alarms though

Motion alerts false alarm all the time

i.e. If I'mhome, automatically disable the alarms.

But the configuration allows different sensitivity level on specifiable time frames, seemed to help reducing excessive false alarms; 4 user defined time frames.)Ability to save recorded video files onto both SD card & ftp server: 4 / 5 (so you can save all the recorded videos&snapshots in a remote ftp server, even though your ip cam gets stolen -- with the SD card on it.)Ability to change SD card: 2 / 5

The motion detection works well for the most part and has A LOT of options - I do get some false alarms at a certain time of day due to moving shadows on the ground from the tree above the camera - which is not the cameras fault

I also get frequent false alarms with motion detection and the culprit seems to be a spider's web.all in all great product for great price

Can adjust sensitivity by time of day and block out areas where motion would be a "false alarm".

I REALLY like how I can easily toggle notifications, set zones of motion detection, and set different time schedules for motion detection (I got a lot more false alarms at night

I trashed it as it's a relatively inexpensive camera and would just simply buy another one
