Reolink support asked me to send them the defective camera and they would ship out a new one

Wow - had bought some cameras in the past and used them with freeware, but this Reolink really pulls things together in a well featured package with great picture quality.

I can forgive a dead camera here or there but if the NVR has a problem, we have a problem
