Overall, their native software seems to work best with their device

Like any software you have to play around with things and learn how to tweak the settings to get the desired outcome.

The software is not great.

The software has some minor glitches, like it seems to not find the Camera from a distant location every time I use it

For the cost it looks like a good deal, especially if they are using the same software stack that works with Linux
