This seems to loosely coincided with when a once rock-solid setup featuring Reolink Cameras started misbehaving

Extremely easy setup as a stand alone or with a NVR that supports ONVIF.

The setup is SUPER easy with the Reolink app but I also tested local recording with a server using Blue Iris software

Not forgivable for a company like Reolink; they are selling enough product in the US to hire a copy editor

I love Reolink products; however, this camera isn't one of my favorite because it's night vision isn't the greatest.

All in all, as much as I really want to like this camera I would have to recommend the Dahua IPC-HDW4431C-A as a superior product for my setup.

Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a better brand product, if you do have a ReoLink camera fail save yourself the hassle of trying to return and throw it away.

Reolink Cameras work well in the Reolink software and are easy to setup.

I've spent a lot of time looking for decent lower-cost IP Cameras that support OSX and/or Linux out of the box, and this is the only camera that "just works" over HTTP with full H.264 streaming to Linux (Fedora 25) using Firefox

Can no longer connect to my ELAN home automation system (which uses ONVIF for cameras)

I have an ELAN home automation system that allows viewing/control of onvif cameras.

The camera along with the NVR makes for a perfect beginners DIY security system.

I would recommend this system to anyone out there looking at the hundreds of camera systems not know which one to go with.

This camera paired with another Reolink camera has been excellent as a indoor home security system

Great little camera that takes great video in the day or night

Chrome (70.0.3538.77) on a PC worked, utilizing the built-in version of flash to facilitate video

i just get a blue screen, or a frozen screen, or extremely laggy or pixelated video with less than 1/3 of picture clear.

The Ir distance is very good, but I have to change some of the default low light settings to get clear video and reduce the smearing.

A great camera, easy to set up and the Reolink app for iOS is very easy to use and quick to load.

Overall cameras are decent, but the camera app not so great

I decided on Reolink specifically because they appeared to be a relatively trustworthy company and the app wasn't complete junk

The audio seems to be a bit spotty (I don't know if that's an engineering issue, software issue, or a bandwidth issue)

The software has some minor glitches, like it seems to not find the Camera from a distant location every time I use it

For the cost it looks like a good deal, especially if they are using the same software stack that works with Linux

With that said, their software and ease-of-use is excellent!

Trust me, spend the money on one of the more name branded items, their software is far more robust reliable, and works.

It makes the camera pretty useless when the lens is covered with moths all night long not only obscuring the video but causing hundreds of false Motion Detection events.
