Reolink has been very supportive of their product and despite the camera not having the wealth of settings that my Hikvision or Dahau cameras have, it's a great value from a price standpoint

Camera works great using Reolink's desktop client and mobile app software or Blue Iris if that route is taken.

Simply plug in a Cat 5 (or later standard) to a PoE switch, fire up the Reolink client-- and its ready to go

Reolink should improve the quality or add an additional screw or two during packaging

The picture isn't as nice as the Reolink, but it's still good, and the reliability makes up for the lost quality

The camera is relatively easy to mount, and setup is a breeze using the iOS app (ReoLink also offers desktop clients for Windows and Mac).The HD video feed has great quality, day or night

In addition, Reolink was really helpful and responded quickly to all my inquiries.

I tried setting it up with SecuritySpy (a popular Mac multi-camera NVR application), but without success, and Reolink doesn't supply enough information about the protocols the camera supports to help me debug the problem (just telling SecuritySpy it's an ONVIF camera didn't work).

With this purchase, I now have 4 of these little inexpensive Reolink Cameras

I had one minor issue with a firmware update on one camera and the Reolink support staff helped me resolve this very quickly

Reolink did finally respond and after a few failed attempts at correcting the problem they acknowledged that the current firmware has a bug and they will issue new firmware on a few days to correct the problem

So I thought I would give one a try.-Setup was very easy using Reolink's client software for PC

Have usex with Tiny Camera Pro as well as the Reolink app.

But Reolink is our favorite.

I wish I could give Reolink better reviews.

Reolink's client software works well, but their Mac version isn't as capable as the Windows or mobile apps; it can only show one camera at a time.

I highly recommend Reolink.

After further firmware updates to both the camera and NAS, my Reolink has full native support with QNAP

The built-in recording makes these things a pretty complete system (along with the free Reolink software/clients)

I liked it so much when I needed to upgrade my Mom's old analog system, I bought the Reolink NVR because it came with 4 of these cameras

Reolink continually works to make improvements to their software and camera firmware

It would be nice if Reolink work more hard on the software to make it to match the high standard of hardware quality.

The reolink software worked fine with no problems

I tried contacting Reo-Link using their e-mail support link but two different attempts resulted in returned emails as undeliverable
