this is an inexpensive device to readily convert tapes to digital content - if you have a few mixes that were just the perfect combination or sounds of your kids etc, this is a great device

I've done 18 tapes and the device is working perfectly

This device does that very well with a USB cable attached to my PC

I suppose I was too optimistic in thinking a relatively cheap device would let me transfer my audiotapes to digital formats

This device is very cheaply made, and fragile

The device eats brand new Amazon batteries like crazy; you cannot get through one side of a cassette tape without changing batteries.
