the first time I used this (to play cassettes recorded by my father in the 80s), it was perfect

We had downloaded all the additional software they require and followed all instructions exactly, but each time, it was a bust

It stayed on for a brief time but the problem still occurred every time I tried use it.

I have a hard time believing all these 4K reviews are for real

Sent the device back to Amazon hoping the third time would be the charm, but the same problem with the third one

when you get to the website to download the software, it’s actually a basement basic version of Audible that’s extremely unstable and gave me a hard time locating the cassette player in the USB port

I was having a hard time finding a suitable well reviewed tape player that would allow me to upload old 'scratch' tapes to my computer

Works some times and others it doesn't work

Also it didn't seem to like reversing, both times I did the player was very slow and distorted until I took the tape out and started it again

I like that its super easy to use but hate that its poorly made
