I wasn't pleased when the replacement was also defective and had to be returned.

They even sent 2 replacements but each of them failed

Ring sent a replacement but now only 3 months later the replacement is not working

Replacement had the same issue

Works as it should and easy setup

Ensures the ring product works as it should.

However (you should have expected to read more), the video and audio was still choppy, it just wasn't as bad as before the extender was added

I am not sure it is as strong of an extender as I would like.

Added accessory, very happy with it, now have in house doorbell as well as on the phone.

But ultimately that didn 't solve my issues
