This thing sucks worked for a little while can't Get it to connect again

I relocated this Chime Pro and BOTH doorbells are working great with "good" signal

If it weren't for the fact that the chime works to replace the no longer working doorbell, I would have been disappointed.

Simply put - works as advertised and like the Ring Doorbell, easy to set up.

the Chime Pro worked great to extend the range and simple set up.

However I do love Ring products and their customer service has been GREAT

At that point I decided it was not worth the effort and if Ring wants me to try things on my own time, that is poor company service

Thank the customer service and Great Techs for working with me in setting everything up

We purchased the CHIME PRO to try to boost our service for the floodlight

I received technical support with excellent service, attention to detail and much patience and guiding me

For the most part, it works as expected, but the signal is still weak sometimes

I nstructions, the Ring Flood Light Cam worked as expected.

Was a little difficult to connect with system but completed and works as expected

(yes it's a separate network just for your Rings, boo, hiss).For my setup, this only marginally improved my one Ring Pro's signal strength (RSSI reported in device health), but it dramatically improved operation

, so I think alright this should work great, WRONG I attached the ring doorbell 2 to the Ring Chime Pro, setup was easy, I go and check the single strength of the doorbell now connected to the Ring

Amazon sent 1) young man that was here 4 hours only to fail the setup 2) then send two young men that were deaf and could not work behind the first guy because they relayed he did damages.

Plugged in about 15 ft from doorbell and the "extender" gets same or worse reception than simply using my router, do not waste your money on this unless you just need the noise

so I thought what the hell why not give them some more money

do not waste your money, it works as an indoor Chime but not as a WI-FI extender my WI-FI signal did not change at all.

Not wanting to waste money and purchase something that may or may not work

This device does not increase range enough as described, don’t waste your money get a real network extender if you have a large house.

The ring doorbell continuously saying that the WIFI is poor

It Was easy to link with the Ring Doorbell, and has enhance my wifi.

Completely solved problems we were having with poor WiFi connection to our Ring Flood Light Cam

I wasn't pleased when the replacement was also defective and had to be returned.

So even though I get a better video/audio feed, the app was saying less internet was going to the doorbell

I bought the Ring Pro doorbell and had choppy/pixelated video and absent/choppy audio at best (read my review on that bad boy separately)

It really boosted the signal and solved choppy audio and video

This device did not improve my video and audio quality for my Ring Doorbell 2

In the future, I'd like to see Ring devices come with an optional ethernet hard wire connection, for those of us that don't mind spending the time to make a more reliable hard wire connection direct to router

My Chime was too far away from my router, and I had frequent connection issues.

This seems to work, have not had any connection issues since I got it setup.

This item is fine when it works, but it is has VERY frustrating connection issues

This totally fixed the connection issue I was having with my Spotlight Cam.

(I don't get the weak connection issues) but still didn't provide a "strong" signal.

To be honest, I wish I would have returned it sooner but sadly, I missed that window

We are keeping it because we missed our return window, but after a few months, we haven’t seen any substantial change in the strength of our signal.
