The video is great, and the features are easy to navigate
The motion detection is also a great feature for security purposes
Great high definition camera and love the saved video feature.
Another irritating feature is that when I do log in, it oges to the Neighbors Team showing videos of suspects in my County rather than going to my device.
Most recently I was pretty alarmed to find out that it lacks a critical security feature: notification when the camera stops checking in via the internet
The issue with my device, as I and many many others have come to find out is that the Ring Doorbell pro uses a small battery that acts much like a capacitor to help supply enough power to trigger the mechanical chime of your door bell as well as initialize the live video
Easy install and great addition to our other ring cameras.
The install was not too difficult, but had to add a Wi-Fi extender to clean up the video and audio some
Easy install if you are handy and read the instructions.
I was a little skeptical as to how easy this would be to install
The video quality is worse than my cheap 720P wireless security cameras
I have used cheap security cameras for years, but I didn't know what I was missing not having a Ring.
The Ring Doorbell Pro was easy to install'; the camera is excellent and the device work extremely well.
Ring keeps re-using the devices after they replace the batteries, so minimal cost to them, and they keep getting their thousands of dollars over the years for some cheap little WiFi cameras packaged as “video doorbells”.

I was hoping to like the doorbell pro, as t turns out, I absolutely love it
n’t recommend using the tiny screw because it has to be removed every time you need to take off the face to press the Set Up
Pricing alone removed it from contention, however I did read several reviews that describe connectivity issues with the Nest doorbells a well, however I don't have anyone I can personally ask about
We purchased the Ring Pro "hard wired" version and it took me a little over an hour to completely install and set up.
No one mentions that if the Ring is not hard wired but is wifi there is a delay in the
Ring customer support tries to blame my house, my wiring, my chime, my transformer when they know that they have a firmware or hardware problem.
Currently the ring pro which is hard wired to doorbell power only allows just over 1 minute (about 1 minute 4 seconds) of recording and cannot be adjusted
I have taken voltage measurements on all the wire pairs, the doorbell transformer, and checked that the wires are secure.

When the WiFi works and the power is good, it works well, but has a somewhat mysterious power issue.
Everything was going good until my door chime stopped ringing(wasnt a power issue).
To this day, cannot get this device to connect again due to a power issue
However, to Ring's defense, support did say I may have had a power issue
