return the item if possible, made with cheap materials looks like a child's watch, there are better watches and more durable than this garmin

The heart rate is not so accurate like others Garmin models.

Once I started using the device everyday, it failed to the point of master resets, power cycling, soft resets, and restoring to default did not fix the device.
