I would say they sever a good quality on customer service but not on the product.

Good/Decent quality, really cheap (but seems sturdy), put it together in under 10 minutes (just make sure to use the right screws in the right places), and it arrived 1 day after processing the order

It's not really a problem for sitting at my desk working, but those times where I want to lean way back and take a nap for 5 minutes when I am supposed to be working it's not an option

Assembling it was very frustrating as some holes have a hard time to allign
