If you prefer the processed powders, which are often quite tasty, please enjoy, but understand that you are not comparing the same products and are certainly not getting the same nutrients.

Only reason why I didn't give it 5star is that, because i purchased this to make dark chocolate, and it is much more "strong" in flavor, including bitterness, my dark chocolate ended up tasting too "raw" and too "strong(including bitterness)

Taste is super good chocolate, a bit bitter on its own because it’s pure, no additives

I avoid sugar, so I make my own bitter Mexican hot chocolate using equal parts this product and Pero, plus some cinnamon and cayenne.
