In the future, I'd like to see Ring devices come with an optional ethernet hard wire connection, for those of us that don't mind spending the time to make a more reliable hard wire connection direct to router

This gives me false notifications that the battery is low ( it’s hard-wired)

Got rid of the wired mechanical unsightly boring bell

My current home had a faulty wired doorbell and I was not interested in messing with it.

My Ring doorbell is hard-wired to an old 12-Volt AC system with an original mechanical chime.
