    Ring Chime Pro, Indoor Chime and Wi-Fi Extender ONLY for Ring Network Devices

    • I have two cameras linked to it and one always says poor WiFi signal
    • I purchased this to enhance my WiFi for the Ring 2 Video doorbell

    • It kept saying my WiFi was too slow and it brought me to some troubleshooting page that conveniently advertises this extender
    • Helped with the wifi coverage for the chime and nice to have it chime loudly in a different room from the old door bell we have.

    • I tried it at various outlets around the house but the best WIFI reading I got was when I put it just outside our back door inside the garage-- that doubled the WIFI strength each Ring camera received and they have been working flawless ever since for over a month now.

    • The deficient WiFi was on me, but conflicting and insufficient advice/assistance from Ring techs vs printed instructions added considerable time to the process.

    • I did upgrade the doorbell transformer to the Elk 1640 and that thing gives me good equipment health while those two Chime Pro extenders so far provide consistent wifi coverage.

    • I have a really good wifi signal in my home and have tested this system with ZERO other devices connected and it makes no difference whatsoever, my home is a standard wood construction and has no factors that would cause issues with wifi interference (as an example I have a nice wifi enabled outdoor speaker system connected to Prime Music that works well over 100' away from my router with zero problems ever)

    • If you do have GREAT wifi and the extender is literally next to your doorbell maybe you'll have the scenario in the commercials but theres no way this system has this ability in a real life situation
