This is a wonderful product - I am glad I bought it!

Sometimes it would go the wrong way and insist on tightening a string to the breaking point, other times I would play a note 10 or 12 times before the Roadie would recognize it and attempt to tune the guitar, and now the Roadie internal gears just spin around without turning the tuning pegs until it finally says "wrong string."I wasted a lot of time and money on an unreliable product that lasted a little over the 30 day return period, so I am not happy.

I’ve had a few problems with mine, but the company is very motivated to deliver a great product

Basically, I can't imagine a better product.
