    Roadie 2 - Standalone Automatic Smart Guitar Tuner for all String Instruments (Electric & Acoustic Guitars, Mandolin, Banjo,Ukulele, etc.)

    • I find it especially useful when re-tuning, like in between sets at gigs, and it doesn't have far to go to reach perfect pitch again
    • If you have any hearing issues such as being a little tone deaf as I am, this is just the cure for less than precise guitar tuning.
    • and it gives a green light and beeps when the respective sting is tuned
    • Use it on everything that doesn't have a locking nut/adjustable tuning bridge.
    • "tune up" function, which means you're tuning up to a note, not down, which has always held a better tune in my experience
    • Obviously it's a bit of a luxury, you can get free iPhone tuning apps (or however you tune) and turn pegs yourself, but this is cool.
    • so I am in a LOT of situations where tuning is critical

    • It's important to have the tuner seated well on the button when tuning, as it automatically moves to the next string once it beeps for "tuned".
    • If you get this be sure to download the app also, one thing the app did for me was being able to set the tune to top down (high E to low E) vs the default low to high.
    • The Roadie 2 does a poor job of tuning the Low E, A and D strings, this even after the latest firmware updates.
