Being able to play your favorite song better and better is a great motivator for learning the instrument.- the teaching games can be annoying, but I do feel that they really help hone individual skills that you need to play the songs

It has great songs and the idea is amazing however implementation falls slightly short

fantastic game - minigames help you with specific guitar techniques (e.g. volume, strumming certain ways, etc) and the songs are all really well crafted for lower skilled guitarists (like me) to ease their way into playing more.it's challenging, and you're not going to become an expert overnight or even in a few weeks, but it's a lot of fun

Need an electric guitar for this game not an acoustic with a plug-the song don't work well without an electric.

Keep playing the song over and over and the song eventually fills in completely as you learn and perfect the song
