so why would it destroy the audio once the batteries start getting low???

If you want perfect audio, you need cable and a good wired microphone.

Works well - really clear audio but the size of both units - too large

You need to do some testing with your Camera preamp; and I have noticed that if you leave most camera preamp's all the way down and let the kit receivers do the work, you will have great audio.

I've used this Lav system to get some really great audio from my interview subjects

The audio itself is great, especially given the fact that it's around half the cost of other professional wireless kits

I am beyond disappointed int his product which nearly cost me several thousands of dollars because the audio was unreliable and inconsistent.

The audio is clear and crisp and does the job very well

The audio is really amazing

Not quite as good as when I hook the Sennheiser lav up to it - the rode is a bit looser sounding compared to the sennheisers tight focused sound, but very usuable regardless

It's not quite as immune to interference as I think a digital system should be.
