The second copy is still soft on the left side, but to a lesser extent

It seems like luck plays a factor in these lenses...if you get a good copy, then you will likely be very happy.

If you get a good copy of this lens it's phenomenal

I got a bad copy where the part of the frame was very fuzzy while the rest was reasonably sharp...probably decentered.

So, although I can't speak highly of their quality control, when you do get a good copy, you'll know how special this lens truly is

I always feel like I get my money's worth and more with Rokinon's products, and they must have really good QC, because I haven't gotten a "bad copy" yet.

This lens can be a good lens for you; however, because Rokinon has poor quality control, you may get a good copy ... or not.

Ultimately, if you do get a good copy like mine, this is an awesome lens that can run with the big brand name ultra wide lenses but at a much lower price point
