Roku customer service stalled on answering even the simplest email inquiries

so i finally reached out to roku, omg what a horrible customer service experience

Customer Service at Roku not worth the trouble

but i have never once made use of the one i put in at the outset.overall i do like this and would have given it five stars but for the one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever had

Bonus: is the great, courteous customer service experience with Roku when needing assistance.

customer service is useless and device is heading to the garbage.
