The Roku device works great

Quality device, easy set up

Such an easy device to setup and use

We won't have any TV for over a week and we have to spend money to ship a defective device back to them

The device is cheap and attractive

Cumbersome in its development, if you really want a cheap device, get the Amazon Fire TV Stick instead, or the ROKU streaming stick, and you will still get almost the same features as the bigger boxes

This is a very useful device and easy to use

I believe that the device is getting too hot and shuts itself off and restarts

My original objective was getting one preferably, lightweight device to travel with, to be able to access Netflix, Amazon Prime video, Xfinity AND SlingTV all on one device with output to a TV

I owned the very first Roku device ever made and at the time, there wasn't enough content and my own internet speed made the device seem useless for me personally

I was having issues using my smart tv function to get streaming movies / shows to work but this device is very fast and easy to use and I no longer have problems

Definitely a great device all around.

I don’t want to leave devices on continuously and waste energy (no matter how little is used as claimed by the manufacturer).

Once a new device is added to my Roku account it us a breeze to get all the apps up and running

Only the device could use a on/off switch for us friends of the planet, so as not to waste power and possibly lengthen the life of the device.

If that doesn't matter to you then I'm sure both products are fine devices and if you really want that feature you can use the Roku Android/iOS app for that.

It's a terrific device and made it easy to cut the cord and give up cable

The device is super slow and so far nothing actually uses the hdr capabilities

If you have only 1080p equipment this device should work without any issues.

The device I use to accomplish my hiding of devices only works with IR.

I use this device on a 1080p television, and it works perfectly

However, if you don't already have a service like this built into your TV or game console, I am sure it could be a useful device for some people who want to scrap cable and stream video

As usual, roku devices are the best, 4k resolution in this device is stoning, load time is really fast, and the advantage of private listening with the headphones is great.

Amazon Fire TV (the new generation with 4K) is an outstanding device, and it's only ninety bucks
