I've taken this issue up with both Roku and Amazon, and it's a known issue

This seems to be a known issue between Roku and Spotify, each accusing the other of having a problem that they won't or can't fix

After talking with Roku support, they said to switch the audio output on the Roku to Stereo (this is their fix for a known issue)

There is a known issue for the new Roku players that still hasn't been resolved for 4K TV's

this is a know issue since it was released without a fix at this time.

And most of all, supports 4K TV which sets it apart from the competition.

and it streams real 4K on Netflix, and I love the headphone Jack in the remote control, althoughit runs through a lot of batteries if you use High quality headphones such as 50-OHM Sennheiser HD Headphones, but I still love using it.

I was interested in it mainly because I wanted the option of 4K content, which my AppleTV doesn't support.

I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a streamer that's 4K capable and with a very wide variety of apps available.

My 65" 4K Smart TV didn't have Amazon Video

It has, on rare occasions, had difficulty with the 4K video version of my Sony 4K T.V.

I can stream available 4K through Netflix, Amazon prime, you tube and a few more 4K streaming apps

If you plan on upgrading to 4K it is worth the upgrade.

Not loving the 4K since it is limited with movie options

Got a 4K smart tv now so don't need this anymore.

I got a brand new Vizio 4K smart TV and my Tivo Romio does not support 4K and the cast apps built in the TV are dificult to use via the Tablet that works a sremote control, so the most economic way to get 4k programing is with this device
