I improved my internet quality with a strong modem router, and even added a high quality wifi extender to a room to make sure the wifi wasn't the issue

Streaming quality is generally very good (though this obviously depends on your bandwidth/IP).Con: When using headphones (both through the remote and also when using the remote app on my phone), there are frequent audio cut-outs (even when the video is still streaming fine)

I started having issues with my personal wifi--poor signal quality (according to the Roku signal screen), program constantly going back to the loading screen, and losing signal completely even though the hub was only 6 feet away

I like the ability to listen to shows using the Roku headphones (the headphones, which seem to be of excellent quality, plug right into the Roku remote, so you are not tethered to the TV or Roku box).

The remote control feels a much nicer quality and materials than my older Roku 3 and is noticeably quicker navigating through menu's

Finally, I replaced it with the newer 4K HDR Roku streaming stick and the quality was terrific.

* Some apps (like Hulu) do not even show progress bars (you have to guess the ones you've seen if you watch out of order);* Remote control has no TV OFF button, so you always need to use your tv remote for that;* Integrated search doesn't really search on every app, and the voice search (for people that have ultra or old gen) is not as good as with Google and Apple.

Also, the 4K UHD channels would periodically freeze as though they were buffering
