I love the features and channels available and how easy it is to work the Roku but good lord the internet issue is too much to handle

This second incarnation of the Roku Streaming Stick is much faster and more feature rich than the original model 3500..

Still I'm more than a little disappointed to lose the one feature that used to set Roku apart from their competition.(To anyone making the same upgrade...

Firestick works well and the Alexa option is a nice feature but get occasional lags with the feed and occasionally it freezes when going through the menu - maybe once a week.

I could live with the crappy interface and these other tacky features if the remote worked properly...but for me, that's the deal breaker.

I like the features

This is a fantastic feature that I was unaware of when I purchased it.

Both had good features.

And please, someone, add a search feature & separate free from pay programs

It's too bad, my older units are great...but they lack features

It is very annoying to not have access to the best feature (from my perspective) that Directv Now has

This is one of my favorite features because it allows me to type quickly for a YouTube video or anything else I would want to enlarge from a 5 inch screen to a 50 inch

I thought this would be a slight downgrade from my other Roku 3, but I found that this stick has almost exactly the same set of powerful features.

Bought this to help upgrade the smart features of an older 2014 tv and it works great

I do not miss the features of the higher end devices

My complaints with Roku: the feature to search across your various services and channels doesn't always find what you searched for, or doesn't make it clear that you'll have to pay extra for the content when applicable, until you select the content you want

One of my absolute favorite features of the Roku, is the news feature

The I-Phone/Android remote app earphone feature is splendid.

Love the remote app and private listening feature.

But I don't like the stick feature much

It's a roku stick, works as it should, nothing better on the market for this price.

It had to be unplugged from the Tv in order to unfreeze it but froze as soon as it was plugged in again and booted

Within weeks of the positive review I gave it, it started failing to respond to the remote control, and locking-up while scrolling through programming choices, as well as in the middle of programs.

Flawless A+++

Works as it should...good product for Multi-Media watching.
