They kill batteries quickly

I removed the existing batteries, cleaned the compartment and installed new batteries.

Figured it was bad batteries

, the remote never works half the time even if you replace batteries and it constantly overheats and sends notification when it does which can’t be good.

Worked great until the remote stopped working, replaced the batteries and it still did not work, so I purchased another as it was about 2 weeks past the 60 day guarantee

The Roku is great, but obviously Roku doesn't make sure the supplied remote batteries are fresh

I live 45 minutes from town and it would have been unfortunate to make that drive for 2 lousy batteries

The remote batteries are so amazing it last much longer than the Xbox controller

If you buy this product you will have to purchase a second remote because the original remote drains (kills) the battery within 3-4 days even if it’s not used.

This is with pretty fresh Duracell batteries and a small kitchen TV.

One of the two boxes arrived with a broken seal, the batteries were loose in the box without the cellophane covering, and part of the literature had also been removed from the cellophane

Remote only works 40% of the time even with fresh batteries

I replaced it with an Android device (Tivo Stream 4k) - it's slightly less intuitive at first, but supports every service under the sun as far as I know

I have the issue when it is plugged into the TV directly, as well as when plugged into a surge protector

This problem is apparent on Prime Video via HDMI as well as on the Prime Video app installed on the LG OS.

I use this with my Tablo Over The Air DVR, as well as with all the streaming services

It basically works as it should, great 4K video.

YouTube works well and pretty much the same as on any smart TV
