Roku Streaming Stick | Portable, Power-Packed Player with Voice Remote with TV Power and Volume

    • Have had some bad lag issues with the purple version of the stick and I have no need for the 4k version
    • The most aggravating issue is that the Roku won't load
    • Having to do a return since it seems like a lot of people have this issue and I don't see it being fixed any time soon
    • I also have to add that I've read other postssaying that it doesn't work well/compatibility issues with Netflix , but so far I don't have any problems with that.
    • I've been using it for months and have had no issues - love it and highly highly recommend to anyone who uses a lot of streaming services.
    • There are various apps, like NewsOn (provides news from your local news stations) that have chronic issues where you keep getting bounced out of the app or it gives you 5 minutes of news and then bounces you out, or keeps running the same commercials over and over without ever getting to the news
    • Less weird hardware issues, as well (competitor would have weird aliasing with certain apps, video would seem choppy whereas Roku was smoother, competitor product would just lock up requiring a hard reboot).
    • Not sure how Roku thought this was a good idea to release a product that had this issue or if they even bothered to test it
    • I'm already pissed that i had to order this Stick to replace my Roku 3 which started having weird audio and video issues that rendered everything unwatchable after only 3 years.
    • If you plan on having Hulu or Netflix you will have one annoying issue is that Roku will only hold basic account info (so it keeps the accounts logged in) but each time you start them it will ask which profile you are (even if you have just one).
    • Hoping it was a bad batch & not an issue of quality falling off.
    • The only issue I’ve had is it randomly crashing and having to reboot
    • Had issues getting it to work and had to move it yo a different tv.
    • Because tvs are usually in the corner of the room, or attached to a wall, it is normal to suffer connectivity issues with your wifi
    • I've Googled the issue and many have complained about it.
    • I also have to add that I've read other postssaying that it doesn't work well/compatibility issues with Netflix , but so far I don't have any problems with that.
    • Found it easy to use, no issues
    • When it works I like it
