    Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus Video Converter for PC

    • I spent an hour on the phone waiting for technical support only to be told by the person who answered the phone that he would open up a tech support number for me
    • I just learned from Roxio Tech Support (apparently now Corel) that the split function is limited to two hour recordings.
    • I tried to involve Roxio tech support to help me solve the problem, but their tech support is horrible
    • Corel won't talk to you on the phone unless you pay $10 for tech support.

    • The program won't load - "tech support" - if you can call them that - had me jumping through hoops, disabling almost everything on the computer

    • The video VHS C adapter worked exactly as advertised and without problems.
    • Because of this, I find I prefer to burn DVD’s of compiled videos using another software

    • As for using this product, I couldn't get the S-Video connection to work, but I don't know if that is the fault of Roxio or my VCR
    • Its helping out, with my tapes thank u
    • Wasted several of our dual layer dvd+r's when it froze after writing a few percent to the dvd.
