I just learned from Roxio Tech Support (apparently now Corel) that the split function is limited to two hour recordings.

When I went to the final step to 'burn' the recording to a computer format, it captured only 35 minutes of the entire VHS!I contacted Roxio tech support and was informed I would have to have a 'support code' within the first 14 days of purchase or have to pay for tech support.

I only encountered one Tech Support person who actually answered my questions, the rest sent answers that sounded like an automated response system that had picked out a few keywords and responded with "answers" that did not match my questions
