Keep in mind however, that not all websites deliver content in HD quality, so their videos may not look so good

Find some soothing videos, or meditation music, and get some space in your head

The unit has WiFi (2.4 GHz only) for connecting to popular video systems such as (according to Royole) Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Instant Video to name a few

It's such a cool-looking novelty item, and the experience truly is different from your 'normal' tv or movie viewing experience

First off.. the device is very good looking and is made really well

I also apparently have a bit of astigmatism I wasn't aware about, making it hard to zero in on focus for my right eye (focus in one part puts another part out of focus).

It has 2 focus wheels to adjust interpupillary distance as well as each eye's focus

Have to press down on the unit close enough for the eye to acquire better clarity

I tried everything I could to get my right eye focused, but it didn't happen so it ruined the pic for me

The moon is still in my opinion the best product money can buy

For the most part, it displayed content well enough

It also supports 2D & 3D content

The box has built-in WiFi, so you can go to different websites and view content there as well

The weight is well enough distributed and the cushioning good enough that once I've got it adjusted the way I want it doesn't bother me

For $800 this should have had a nice carrying case to protect it and nose comfort cushions

If you travel a lot (air or even train), or have kids who get bored easily on long car trips, the Moon would be a great device to bring along (though there are much cheaper alternatives for kids in your car that would probably make them just as happy).If you need to watch TV/Movies in private (sleeping spouse, roommate, etc), too, the Moon would be a good product to pick up

The Royole Moon is a very interesting and new device, the like of which I have never before seen.

I have had over the last ten years many cinema glasses including the Sony and the glyph, and everything in between, but I have to say the Royole Moon is in my opinion the best, the moon is a remarkable device, the picture is fantastically sharp and the sound is stunning, I noted that some earlier reviews said the eye and nose parts made the nose

In our household, the Moon is the only device capable of playing 3D content

There has to be a solution to this, as i can't believe a fantastic device like this has the major issue of a horrid non-breathable face mask

Touch sensitive controls on the right earpieces let you control the boxy UI interface by sliding your finger up, down, left and right, and single and double taps

Here’s something that I found out through trial and error: while in Moon OS, you can delete files by clicking and holding the right earpiece touch screen while selecting a file

half way through searching for a + sign or an @ symbol, your nose starts hurting as though you've been snow skiing with goggles on for an hour and a half.

In this use, you can take off the Moon, use your phone to navigate the OS, and use your smartphone’s keyboard to input text, which would MUCH easier than trying to type with the clumsy touch screen on the right earpiece, but I have yet to figure out how to make this work

To adjust the screen size, you need to go into Moon OS, and under display, use the right earpiece touchscreen

I truly want to like the product and keep it, and was just hoping maybe I was doing something

I really enjoyed having my royole moon for the last five days, but I must announce the issues I had when buying and expensive product like this and why it has led me to ship it back for a replacement or not

The Royole Moon does provide a great mobile theater experience but the product definitely needs some improvements

I do not have the Oculus rift and won't know how these 2 products (Moon vs Oculus Rift) compare against each other

The overall design is slick, with clean colors and nice lines

The things that the Royole Moon does right...good quality headphones, very good high pixel density AMOLED display with very good color, good 3D support, diopter adjustment for those who wear glasses, easy to navigate GUI, USB port for external storage

They also carry their hard drives integral to the HMD, so you don't have a dongle box hanging off your HMD like you do on the Moon

It doesn’t contain a heck of a lot of films, but what it DOES have is a number of 3D titles, and the big benefit is you can download these titles directly to the hard drive on your Moon
