Arrived charged and had good reception on Weather and FM bands, improved by extending the antennae
-
I can get reception on one weather band, but it's not particularly good where I live in South Orange County (at least not in my apartment)
-
Reception is good
-
It is solar and the reception for the radio stations are strong
-
The RunningSnail's AM reception is not as good, but it's close
-
Antenna broke, reception is fusy
-
We live close to the city, though, so the signal is still strong enough that it has a clear, static-free reception even without the antenna
-
The antenna on this thing does indeed fit completely inside the body of the radio and can be pulled out and extended to improve reception a bit
-
Awesome reception on all modes, lights very bright and adjustable.
-
In fact, in order to turn the tuning dial you need to hold the radio...somehow your hand acts like an antenna; when you put the radio down, you lose your reception
-
The reception is good.
-
It's a flashlight, it's a table lamp, it's a AM/FM/WB radio with very good reception (antenna hides inside), its a phone charger and you can plug in a USB operated small fan, and it also has an SOS emergency siren with flashing red light in case you need it
-
poor reception, would drift of frequency setting, or just stop receiving, batteries lasted about a week when only used infrequently
-
excellent reception and many features
-
Weak reception but everything works.
-
Saw a few comments about weak radio reception and I experienced that too until I popped up the antenna.
-
I was able to easily tune in the weather stations and got loud and clear reception
-
They charged even under cloudy skies, provided clear reception and kept our cell phones charged
-
Good reception, I use it to listen to the radio a lot.
-
Radio has good reception, and plenty of options
-
The reception is great especially since we live in the country! The flashlight is bright enough, but I've never had to use it, nor would use it unless it was a last resort
-
Much smaller than I thought for $29.00, reception was not good
-
However, when you're out somewhere it barely recognizes radio stations and once you finally dial one in you think you're good...except that within minutes the radio will lose reception.
-
Surprisingly good reception for its size
-
AM function could not produce any usable reception
-
I've played with it regularly and it gets very good reception across all three bands.
-
We live close to the city, though, so the signal is still strong enough that it has a clear, static-free reception even without the antenna
-
The reception and sound quality is pretty good, and the 2 lights are plenty bright.
-
I get decent reception, and it's easy to crank up
-
Great radio reception and its tough.
-
Weather station reception poor where I was
-
The reception is significantly clearer on the C.Crane, but I can still hear what the announcer is saying on the RunningSnail
-
Either the product was defective or the antenna was so small it didn't get any good reception with it
-
Great reception and speaker clarity is awesome
-
Reception is much better than I anticipated
-
then the radio still has poor reception however the flashlight does work on this one I still think it's cheaply made but for the
-
Reception is fine.
-
FM reception was great

well built and practical....clear reception...worth the price
-
great reception.
-
Great radio reception
