I gave this case 5 stars because I love the color (purple) and it has a soft grippy feel

The purple portion has a nice "plum" metallic color and the black silicone is a nice soft, flexible rubbery feeling silicone that you can grip well.

The hard plastic portion of the case is great, has a nice feel to it, and gives it a good look

Would recommend to anyone that has kids to someone that wants to just good phone protection.

Armorguard "rugged" hybrid type seem to have the best protection for cell phones as long as the part that wraps around the phone is the soft silicone that feels rubbery, because it helps absorb most of the impact if you drop the phone, plus, it's easier to grip

Obviously it's not as good as a Wacom stylus, but if I wanted one of those I'd have a note, not an S-series.

the color is great however not even 10 mons of trying to get it on phone due to the fact it is such a tight fit

It took a bit of time to get rid of the bubbles, but finally got it!I recommend this product.

I wouldn't recommend this product it comes in 2 parts and once you put the rubberized piece on you have to squeeze it in the hardshell

This case is very similar to the name brand Incipio, without their expensive pricing.

I would not reccomend this the fit is poor.

The cutouts are a perfect fit for the volume button, the camera, the charging port, etc

I have dropped my phone on its face a couple of times and the cover suffered a little bit of scraping (outside, rough concrete patio) but did the job it was meant to do

Case is nice but doesn't fir the phone very well with the rubber lining.

I wanted a case that would protect my screen if my phone should ever happen to fall flat on the floor, again

but now I've done that, it protects the phone nicely, and looks beautiful; has a bit of a southwestern vibe with those right angles

I just wish the entire thing was covered by the hard shell.

Even when you have it on with the hard shell over it, the black plastic around the bottom and top is too stretchy and gets caught on everything

Has the safety of the soft/hard shell but is slightly slimmer than most.

Putting it on the first time is a little tricky because you have to get the hard shell over the rubber
